Come bring the family for free comedies for young children in an outdoor theater setting in Seattle this summer.  Two theater companies in town, Balagan Theatre and Theater Schmeater are producing free theater for the city’s family entertainment scene this July and August.  Balagan’s “King Arthur and the Knights of the Playground” and Schmeater’s “Arrh! A Dinosaur Ate My Space Ship,” both premieres, kicked off last weekend as part of the 2011 edition of the Seattle Outdoor Theater Festival in Volunteer Park.  “Dinosaur,” a time-traveling misadventure, will stay on at that location’s amphitheater through Aug. 7 (no program on July 31). The modern-day “King Arthur” hits the road with performances in Seattle and Port Townsend.
